Kodak Duaflex
(1947-1960) The Kodak Duaflex is a 620 roll film pseudo TLR camera produced by Kodak in the US, Canada, and the UK. It featured a Bakelite body, available with either a fixed focus 75mm f/15 Kodet lens or a 72mm f/8 Kodar triplet lens. The camera had basic shutter speeds ("I" and "B") and was synchronized for flash use with specific Kodak flashholders. Some early models had a dedicated flash system, while later versions were compatible with other Kodak flash units. A unique feature was double-exposure prevention, requiring the film advance knob to be turned before each exposure, though it could be overridden by a lever.
A collector’s note:
There were four base models of the Duaflex produced in the US.
